Mara\u2019s Story <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTwo years ago, my daughter Kate gave me the best Mother\u2019s Day gift \u2014 a family heritage photo book<\/strong><\/a>. Flipping through, I saw moments from my grandparents’ love story,  special family gatherings \u2014 and even our family tree!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was the old, faded photographs that captured my heart the most. They hold so much history \u2014 they remind me of where I come from.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kate says, \u201cI just wanted to make my mom feel special<\/em>. There\u2019s nothing she loves more than family, so why wouldn\u2019t I want to honor that?\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMotherhood has so far been the most joyful, life-changing and humbling experience for me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Mother’s Day held extra magic for me as I celebrated my first year as a mom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My best friend Emily surprised me with my first ever Mother\u2019s Day gift \u2014 a photo blanket <\/a><\/strong>filled with my child\u2019s milestones. The first smile, the six month mark \u2014  she handpicked photos I had proudly shared on social media. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It served as a gentle reminder of the challenges I\u2019ve conquered and the blessings I\u2019ve embraced along the journey of motherhood. When I hold it close, I’m reminded of the love that fills my life.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
